A Heart-Warming Day of Song and Sound Healing

Harmony Songs

Our morning session will be filled with uplifting songs and beautiful harmonies that celebrate the quiet beauty of winter and the promise of brighter days ahead.

Sound Healing

The afternoon session will start with a Sound Bath Relaxation where you can let yourself be carried away by a weaving of the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, calming vocal tones, rainstick, wind gong, and shanti chimes.

Sarah will also share some heartwarming songs from her album Pure Love to help you relax and unwind.

We will end the session by singing beautiful mantras and heart-opening chants.
