Event Description
Morning Session: A World of Harmony
The morning session will focus on uplifting songs to embrace the gentle darkness of the winter solstice while honoring the coming light and celebrating hope, connection, and renewal. Through a blend of Chritimas songs, seasonal chants, and simple harmonies, we’ll use the power of our voices to create a comforting and uplifting atmosphere.

Afternoon Session: Sound Bath Relaxation

The afternoon invites you to a deeply relaxing sound bath experience, designed to transport you to a state of inner peace and calm. You'll be encouraged to make yourself comfortable with yoga mats, blankets, and cushions, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. The sound bath will include:

-
Tibetan Singing Bowls: Experience the harmonic vibrations and soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

-
Pure Vocal Tones: Relax in the clear and calming tones of pure vocal toning, a universal deeply healing sound.

-
Rainstick, Wind Gong, Shanti Chimes: These traditional instruments contribute to a rich auditory landscape, each adding their unique sound to create a serene atmosphere.

-
Blissful Mantras: Engage with the meditative quality of mantras, designed to calm the mind and soothe the spirit.

Sarah will share some of her heart-opening songs from her album "Pure Love".
