Meditation, Poetry & Song

ONLINE

The Singing Hearts sessions on Zoom...

A heart-warming mix of meditation, poetry and song, providing an at-home, weekly uplift and inspiration, with a small community of music lovers!

We begin with one of Sarah's guided meditations, and we share one or two inspirational poems, but mostly we sing simple but gorgeous harmony songs from around the world, and songs from different genres including folk, jazz and pop classics, some pre-recorded by Sarah, and some played live to guitar accompaniment.

No solo singing is required, although a space is made available for anyone who would like to share a song or a poem.

Rest assured, everyone except me is on mute whilst singing, such is the nature of Zoom technology!

The next term begins January 16, 2025.

Listen to "Noyana"
A beautiful African song we recorded during lockdown 2020.  It means “we’ll meet again in Heaven”
